SHEET MOULDS

G.L.B. produces punching tools, deep drawing, bending and embossing moulds relating to the cold deformation of materials such as iron, steel, copper, aluminium and brass from 0.2 mm thickness up to 10 mm. For more complex parts or, where higher production levels are required, we design and manufacture progressive moulds.

Furthermore, we offer sampling and pre-series services, allowing the customer to obtain a 360 degree perspective.

BURR CUTTING MOULDS

In response to constant demand from customers we have become specialised in the construction of burr cutting moulds that are simple to set up and safe to use, with application, where required, of hydraulic cylinders, part detection systems using photocells and mechanical sensors, circular saws and drilling/tapping groups.
